I’ve spent 10 years working in the mental health field in a variety of different clinical settings such as residential treatment, substance abuse counseling, and the rewarding work of supporting at-risk children and their parents.
These opportunities have allowed me to develop valuable strategies that I share with my clients to teach them to cope with difficult emotions, discover and utilize their inner strength and grow in self-esteem and confidence.
As a compassionate, sincere, and experienced psychotherapist, I use talk therapy to help you remove the obstacles (stress, anxiety, depression, anger, etc.) that are preventing you from growing into your true potential.
